SAN JOSE, Ca. (Jan. 26)—Kristen Bryant vaulted a 9.725 and Debra Huss earned an identical score on floor exercise as Seattle Pacific University finished fourth (189.975) behind Utah State (194.225), San Jose State (193.025) and Boise State (190.700) in a women’s gymnastics meet Friday night at Spartan Gym.

The Falcons (0-4) best event score came on floor exercise where they hit a 48.150 composite.

Utah State’s Jessica Parenti-Otte won the all-around competition with a 39.300 total over four events. The Spartans’ Veronica Porte was second with 39.050. Huss (Sr., Orangevale, Ca.) was fourth (38.525).

Bryant’s (Sr., Anchorage, Ak.) vault score earned her a sixth place tie with Utah State’s Meagan Lewis.

Seattle Pacific continues its road ways next week as it faces Air Force in MPSF competition in Colorado on Friday (Feb. 2). Official start time is scheduled for 6PM.
