SEATTLE (Jan. 25) Dustin Bremerman and JoJay Jackson combined for 40 points and fueled a surge to start the second half and Seattle Pacific University went on to beat Saint Martin's 100-90 in a game between the top two teams in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Thursday night at Brougham Pavilion.

Bremerman (Sr., 6-4, Yakima, Wa./Eisenhower) led all players with 23 points15 coming in the second halfand Jackson (Jr., 6-5, Fairfield, Ca.) added 17 and eight rebounds.

With the win, the Falcons (5-2, 12-6) pulled closer to the Saints (5-1, 8-9), whose seven-game win streak was snapped. SPU has now won 11 in a row at home and is 8-0 this season.

Seattle Pacific surpassed the century mark for the second time in three games and converted 64 percent (35-55) by scoring 52 points inside.

After Linton had helped shave a 11-point deficit to 40-39 late in the first half, the Falcons responded with a 21-1 burst which extended nearly six minutes into the second half.

Bremerman connected on a pair of three-pointers and had eight points and Jackson seven in the run, after which SPU led 61-40.
