SEATTLE (Jan. 24) ­ Colin Rigby and Andy Willis of Seattle Pacific University were both drafted in the second round of Wednesday's United Soccer League Division 1 college draft.

Rigby (Sr., Mercer Island, Wa.), a forward who led the Falcons with seven goals last fall, was taken with the 17th overall pick by the Portland Timbers.

Willis (Sr., Gig Harbor, Wa.), also a forward, was selected by the Seattle Sounders with the 20th pick. Willis scored five goals in his final season.
