SEATTLE (NOV. 6) ­ Janae Godoy of Seattle Pacific University was selected as the Great Northwest Athletic Conference women's soccer player of the week honors after helping the Falcons reach the second round of the NCAA Division II tournament.

Godoy (Fr., Yakima, Wa./West Valley) scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 overtime win over Seattle University and created strong chances for others in that game. She also contributed strong defense in the midfield in the 3-0 loss to UC San Diego in Far West Regional title game.

The Falcons finished their season with a record of 17-5-0.
