SPU Men's Soccer Drops to 17th in Men's National Poll
October 31, 2006

SEATTLE (Oct. 31) ­Seattle Pacific University dropped nine spots to No. 17 in the final NSCAA/adidas rankings for NCAA Division II men's soccer.

The Falcons (12-6-0) lost their final two regular season games and face Cal State L.A. in the first round of the NCAA Far West Regional Thursday in Carson, Calif. Host Cal State Dominguez Hills is No. 8 in the nation.

Nationally, unbeaten Dowling of New York is No. 1 in the coaches poll.
