SEATTLE (Oct. 30) Establishing a new
all-time high for the third week in a row, Seattle Pacific
University is now No. 12 in the CSTV/AVCA volleyball rankings for
NCAA Division II.
Winners of 17 matches in a row, the Falcons
(23-2) moved up one spot after finishing their home season
unbeaten. They can earn the Great Northwest Athletic Conference
title outright by finishing the regular season with a win at
Western Washington Thursday night.
Missouri's Truman State remains No. 1,
collecting 28 of 36 votes. Following its first loss, Cal State San
Bernardino dropped from No. 3 to No. 7.
