SEATTLE (Oct. 16) ­ Seattle Pacific University's Jenna Von Moos and Alyssa Given shared volleyball player of the week honors in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference after some record-setting performances.

Von Moos (Sr., Stanwood, Wa.) established a GNAC record for assists in a four-game match with 73 in the Falcons' home win over Central Washington. It was the third-highest total for any match and is No. 4 all-time at SPU.

Given (Jr., Salinas, Ca./ Notre Dame) hit 30 kills at Western Oregon, tying the Seattle Pacific record and setting a conference season high. She had 49 kills for the two matches last week.

SPU goes for its 15th straight win when it hosts Saint Martin's Saturday at 7.
