SEATTLE (June 1) ­ Libby Magnuson, a Bradley University guard the past two seasons, has transferred to Seattle Pacific University and will play basketball next season.

The 5-foot-10 Magnuson, a native of White Bear Lake, Minn., started 21 games for the Division I Braves as a sophomore, averaging 5.3 points and 2.3 assists. She was one of five players to see action in all 28 games for the Peoria, Ill., school.

Seattle Pacific is coming off its first season under coach Julie van Beek. The Falcons finished 24-6 and advanced to the NCAA Division II West Region championship game.
