Sullivan And Bryant Launch Top-Four Scores at USAG Individual Finals

ITHACA, N.Y. (Apr. 15) – Sarah Sullivan placed third and Kristin Bryant was fourth as they represented Seattle Pacific on vault at the USA Gymnastics National Championships Saturday at Teagle Gymnasium.

Sullivan (Jr., Salem, Or.) scored 9.713 and Bryant (Jr., Anchorage, Ak.) hit 9.700 to earn all-America status. This was Sullivan’s third career all-America accolade and Bryant’s first.

Both Sullivan and Bryant have made their mark on SPU’s vault history. Bryant scored the No. 4 score (9.850) in 2005 and Sullivan scored the No. 10 score (9.800) earlier this season.

Top-seeded Texas Woman’s won the USAG team championship Friday night with a score of 192.245. UC Davis was second (191.025), followed by Cornell (190.600).
