SEATTLE (Feb. 9) ­ Tony Binetti of Seattle Pacific University has been voted to the ESPN The Magazine's Academic All-District team by CoSIDA for the second year in a row.

Binetti (Sr., 6-1, Enumclaw, Wa.), a business administration major with a 3.56 grade point average, made the second team for the region which encompasses eight western states and two provinces. He is the Falcons¹ leader in assists, steals, three-point percentage and co-leader in scoring. Binetti was a first team selection in 2005.

Fifth-ranked Seattle Pacific (18-2) posted its fifth straight win Thursday night at Alaska Fairbanks, coming from behind to claim an 88-82 victory. Binetti scored 22 of his 24 points in the second-half rally.
