SEATTLE (Jan. 25) -- Seattle Pacific University remained at No. 2 in the weekly NCAA Division II West Region men's basketball rankings.

The Falcons (14-2) trail only Western Washington in the ratings which will ultimately determine the teams and seeding for the postseason tournament in March. A nine-game SPU win streak was snapped by the Vikings last Saturday night in Bellingham.

Six of the 10 teams in the regional ranking are Great Northwest Athletic Conference members. Hawaii's Chaminade is No. 3 and Sonoma State No. 4.

Seattle Pacific hosts Saint Martin's Thursday night and Seattle University, the region's No. 10 team, Saturday afternoon.
