SEATTLE (Nov. 7) ­Three goals from Shannon Lovejoy netted the Seattle Pacific University women's soccer midfielder the co-player of the week in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference.

Lovejoy (Sr., Seattle, Wa./Seattle Prep) scored twice in the 3-1 victory over Central Washington and added a goal in the 3-0 win over Seattle University. With 109 career points, she is just one shy of the GNAC career record.

The No. 2-ranked Falcons (17-0-3) host the Far West Regional beginning Thursday. They face Chico State (14-3-3) in the opening round at 7.
