Idle Falcon Men Slip to No. 6 in Nation
November 8, 2005

SEATTLE (Oct. 25) ­ The Seattle Pacific University men's soccer team slipped one spot to No. 6 in this week's NSCAA/adidas national coaches poll.

The Falcons (10-2-3), whose only game last week at Humboldt State was postponed because of fog-related travel problems, remain the No. 1 team in the Far West Region. They resume play Thursday night in Phoenix, against Grand Canyon.

Southern Illinois-Edwardsville replaced Lynn (Fl.) as No. 1 team in NCAA Division II. Lynn, which had been at the top for five weeks, fell to No. 9 following its first loss of the season.
