SEATTLE (Sept. 26) ­ Sarah Martinez of Seattle Pacific University was named the Great Northwest Athletic Conference women's soccer player of the week after scoring four goals, including a hat trick, in three victories last week.

Martinez (So., Bothell, Wa./Cedar Park Christian) scored a career-high three goals in a 6-0 rout of Western Oregon. She also scored once in a 3-0 win over Grand Canyon.
