SEATTLE (Sept. 21) Four of Seattle
Pacific University's fall sports are now nationally ranked among
NCAA Division II programs.
Women's cross country was No. 14 in the coaches
poll announced Wednesday. Earlier this week, the Falcons were No.
2 in women's soccer (8-0-0), No. 7 in men's soccer (7-1-2) and No.
18 in volleyball (9-3).
This marks the highest ranking for the cross
country team since 2000. They will run Saturday at the Saint
Martin's Invitational in Lacey.
