SEATTLE (Sept. 19) ­ Heidi Jacobson of Seattle Pacific University was named the Great Northwest Athletic Conference women's soccer player of the week after scoring three goals, including two game-winners, in a pair victories last week.

Jacobson (Sr., Kirkland, Wa./Cedar Park Christian) delivered the game-winning goal in a 2-1 overtime road win at Cal State Bakersfield. She also scored twice in a 4-0 triumph at Northwest Nazarene. Jacobson now has seven goals to lead the GNAC this season.

The No. 3-ranked Falcons (7-0-0), face Grand Canyon Monday night at 7.
