Falcon Women Rise to No. 7 Nationally in Soccer

SEATTLE (Sept. 6) ­ Following three one-sided victories, Seattle Pacific has moved up to No. 7 in this week's NCAA Division II women's soccer rankings.

The Falcons (3-0-0) rose two spots in the NSCAA/adidas coaches poll after outscoring opponents 14-1 in the first three outings. They resume play Wednesday night (Sept. 7) at Cal Poly Pomona and meets No. 17 Cal State Dominguez in Carson, Ca., Saturday.

Defending national champion Metro State (Co.) is No. 1, followed by Seattle University and Franklin Pierce (NH).
