SEATTLE (Apr. 19) ­Torii Mount, an all-state libero from Oregon's Gresham High School, has signed a national letter of intent to play volleyball at Seattle Pacific University.

Mount, a 5-foot-2 senior, was first team all-Mount Hood Conference and third team all-state selection last fall when Gresham finished fourth in the state 4A tournament. Mohr also played for the Nike Northwest Juniors, where she was a teammate of fellow SPU recruit Sarah Mohr, who committed last fall.

Seattle Pacific has gone to the NCAA Division II tournament two times during in the last five seasons. The Falcons finished the 2004 season at 15-11. They return four starters in 2005.
