EUREKA, Calif. -- Seattle Pacific University
won three races and took silver in two at the 22nd annual Blue
Heron Redwood Sprints Regatta Saturday on Humboldt Bay.
The women's varsity crew finished ahead of
2004's Redwood Sprints winner, Willamette, to bounce back from
last week's rare loss and improve to 2-1. The women's JV four
finished second behind host Humboldt State.
Both the novice four and JV four finished in
first place for the men's boats, while the varsity four took
second behind Humboldt.
