SEATTLE (Mar. 21) -- Paul Mach of Seattle Pacific University was chosen as the men’s track and field co-athlete of the week in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference after making a strong outdoor debut.

Mach (Sr., Seattle, Wa./King’s) ran conference best times in winning the 800 meters (1:55.67) and placing seventh in the 1500 (3:56.62) at the Husky Preview. Despite inclement conditions was less than 3 seconds off the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standards in both events.
