SEATTLE (Mar. 15) ­ After earning two All-America certificates and winning an NCAA indoor championship, Seattle Pacific University's Danielle Ayers-Stamper (Jr., Lacrosse, Wa.) was selected as the Great Northwest Athletic Conference track & field athlete of the week.

Ayers-Stamper, who has won the GNAC award twice previously this season, took first place in the high jump (5-8) and fourth in the long jump (19-5½) to score 15 of her team's 25 points and help the Falcons finish eighth overall. She also made the 60-meter hurdles final, running ninth (8.88 seconds).
