SEATTLE (Oct. 26) Seattle Pacific
University starts its fourth week at the No. 1-ranked women's
soccer team in NCAA Division II. And for the first time since
going to the top of the poll, the Falcons will play at home this
weekend.
Seattle Pacific (15-0-1), which has won nine in
a row, eight by shutout, visit Western Oregon in a Great Northwest
Athletic Conference game Thursday. It hosts Northwest Nazarene
Saturday night to open a three-game home stand to wrap-up the
regular season.
Colorado's Metro State remains No. 2 and one of
two other remaining unbeaten teams. Seattle University slipped six
places to No. 15.
