Seattle Pacific Remains No. 1 Nationally in Women's Soccer
October 12, 2004

SEATTLE (Oct. 12) ­ Seattle Pacific University remains at the top of the NCAA Division II women's soccer rankings for the second week in a row.

The unbeaten Falcons (12-0-1), who have won their last six games without conceding a goal, remained ahead of Missouri's Truman State. SPU visits Northwest Nazarene in a Great Northwest Athletic Conference game Wednesday.

Other than SPU, four undefeated teams remain: Truman State, No. 4 Southampton (NY). And No. 15 Lincoln Memorial (Tn.). Seattle University which managed a 1-1 tie with the Falcons, is now No. 9.
