Lovejoy Earns GNAC Women's Soccer Co-Player of Week Award

SEATTLE (Oct. 4) -- Shannon Lovejoy of Seattle Pacific University earned women's soccer co-player of the week in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference after helping the team extend its unbeaten start to 11 games.

Lovejoy (Jr., Seattle, Wa./Seattle Prep) set-up one goal and scored another as the Falcons (10-0-1) defeated Humboldt State, 2-0. It was Lovejoy's fourth goal of the season.

SPU goes on the road for the next six games, beginning Saturday against Cal State San Bernardino in Seaside, Ca.
