SPU Women's Soccer Jumps to No. 2 in Nation
September 28, 2004

SEATTLE (Sept. 28) ­ Seattle Pacific University finds its women's soccer program just one rung from the top of the top of the NCAA Division II ladder after the undefeated Falcons climbed two more spots in this week's rankings.

Seattle Pacific (8-0-1), which visits Central Washington (5-5-0) in a Great Northwest Athletic Conference game Wednesday, moved up after two weeks at No. 4.

Franklin Piece remains at No. 1. Truman State (Mo.), Slippery Rock (Pa.) and Barry (Fl.) round out the top five.
