SEATTLE (Mar. 29) – Jennifer Marsh of Seattle Pacific University was named female track & field athlete of the week in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference after running two NCAA qualifying times.

Marsh (Fr., Kirkland, Wa./Juanita) won the Hornet Invitational 800 meters at Sacramento State Saturday in a time of 2 minutes, 13.41 seconds–the No. 5 provisional qualifying time in NCAA Division II. A day earlier she had run 2:13.82 and taken sixth at the Stanford Invitational.

The Falcons compete at the Vernacchia Invitational Saturday in Bellingham.
