SEATTLE, Wa. (Feb. 1)Ally Studer of
Seattle Pacific University improved on her NCAA Division II
Provisional qualifying mark as she won pole vault Sunday afternoon
at the Washington Open at Dempsey Indoor.

closer to earning a trip to the NCAA Division II Indoor national
meet in Boston in mid-March.
Decathlete Chris Randolph (So., Lone-Tree, Co.)
long jumped to a first place 22-5, and later finished third in the
800 (1:57.51) after winning the open section of the Mens
High Jump one day earlier at the Washington Invitational.
Sprinter Kinyatta Leonhardt (Fr., Petaluma,
Ca./St. Vincent) finished fourth in the women's 200 (26.34) to
post a conference-best time and ran third leg on the winning SPU
womens 4 x 400 meter relay (4:01.50).
