Laughlin Named to Men's All-Region Soccer Selection

SEATTLE (Dec. 12) – Matt Laughlin, Seattle Pacific University’s standout defender, was voted to the all-Far West Region second team for men’s soccer.

Laughlin (Sr., Selah, Wa.), the team captain, started all 19 games at sweeper for the Falcons, who led the Great Northwest Athletic Conference in goals-against average. Earlier, he was voted first team all-GNAC.

Seattle Pacific finished 9-8-2, its 33rd straight winning season. Laughlin was the only senior among the regular starters.
