SEATTLE (Nov. 4) Seattle Pacific
University led all schools with 10 individuals named to the 2003
Academic All-Great Northwest Athletic Conference Cross Country
teams.
The Falcons placed six women and four men on
the teams. Included among them were three-time selections Kirsten
Bjork and Paul Mach, and two-time selections Jamie Witt, Clint
Bjella and Aaron Libadisos.
To be eligible for the academic team,
student-athletes must have a minimum grade point average of 3.20
and be in at least their second year of competition at their
university.
