SEATTLE (Oct. 13) - Jamie Witt of Seattle Pacific University was named female cross country runner of the week for the second time this season after leading the Falcons to a win at the Western Washington Invitational.

Witt (Jr., Folsom, Ca.) finished 25 seconds ahead of the next closest GNAC runner and placed second overall the meet. Witt, who has finished no worse than third in any of her five races this fall, was clocked in 22:14 on the 6,000-meter layout.
