SALEM, Ore. (Oct. 4) -- A big and impressive
field left the Seattle Pacific University men's cross country team
behind at the Willamette Invitational Saturday at Bush's Pasture
Park.
Tim LeCount (So., Battle Ground, Wa.) finished
25th in the men's open division, by far his deepest finish of the
season. He ran the 8000 meters in 25:11 and was fourth among
runners from the Great Northwest Athletic Conference.
Chico State's Tyler Graff was first among 250
men in 24:15, just in front of teammate Patrick Boivin (24:16).
The Wildcats easily won the team title. SPU was
15th.
