March 6, 2003

SEATTLE (March 6) -- Kelley Berglund (Sr., 6-3, Port Angeles, Wa./ Washington State) scored a game-high 14 points, grabbed eight rebounds and blocked two shots to lead the Seattle Pacific University women's basketball team past Western Oregon 89-44 in a Great Northwest Athletic Conference game Thursday night at Brougham Pavilion.

SPU is currently ranked No. 1 in the NCAA Division II national poll and first in the West Region with regional tournament location and seeding scheduled to be announced on Sunday.
