Egbert Earns Men's Soccer All-Region Selection

SEATTLE (Dec. 12) -- Brent Egbert, a junior midfielder for Seattle Pacific University, was voted to the Far West all-region first team by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).

Egbert (Jr., Bellingham, Wa./Sehome), who had earlier made the al-Great Northwest Athletic Conference team, totaled five goals and five assists for the Falcons this past season. He was one of two GNAC players selected, joining Seattle University defender Justin Miller.

Cal State Dominguez Hills led all teams with five selections wile Sonoma State, the NCAA Division II champion, had four.
