SEATTLE (Nov. 21) -Whitney Dibble, an
all-league middle for Galena High School in Reno (Nv.), has signed
a national letter of intent to play volleyball for Seattle Pacific
University.
Dibble, a 6-foot-2 senior, is two-time
all-Sierra League selection and helped lead the Grizzlies to
second in the region and third at the state 4A tournament earlier
this month. She was second team all-North Region player as a
junior. Dibble also plays for the Silver State club.
Dibble joins Jenna Von Moos, a setter from
Stanwood, as the Falcons' two early signees.
Seattle Pacific qualified for the NCAA Division

Falcons lost only one senior from the team which was 9-16 this
season, with six of the losses to nationally-ranked teams.
