SEATTLE (Nov. 13) -- Carri Colvin, Katy Higgins and Katy Kravitz of the Seattle Pacific University volleyball team have been named to the academic all-Great Northwest Athletic Conference selection.

Colvin (Sr., Vancouver, Wa./Prairie), a senior who leads the team in digs, becomes a three-time academic selection. She is a family & consumer science major with a 3.58 grade point average.

Higgins (Jr., Kirkland, Wa./Redmond) is the starting setter and has been the SPU assists leader for three years. She is another repeat selection and is a psychology major with a 3.45 GPA.

Kravitz (Jr., Olympia, Wa./Black Hills), who recently became a starter, is a first-time pick and is a family & consumer science major with a 3.64 GPA.

The Falcons finish their season Saturday at Western Washington.
