September 7, 2002

ARCATA, Ca. (Sept. 7)-Humboldt State University scored three times in all, dropping Seattle Pacific University 3-0, in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference women's soccer opener Saturday evening at Redwood Bowl. The Lumberjacks got goals from Juliana Goldstein, Gabby Ahmadia and Julie Jo AyerWilliams, and out shot the Falcons 11-8. Seattle Pacific finished with a 5-3 edge in corner kicks.

Goalkeeper Jennifer Hull (So., Eugene, Or./Sheldon) registered six saves in the match.
