SEATTLE (Mar. 25) --For the second week in a row Seattle Pacific University middle-distance runner Rachel Ross is the Great Northwest Athletic Conference track & field female co-athlete of the week.

Ross (Sr., Kennewick, Wa.) won both the 800- and 1500-meter races at the Aztec Invitational last Saturday in San Diego. Her time of 2 minutes, 12.63 seconds in the 800 was a season-best, improving her NCAA Division II provisional qualifying mark.
