Seattle Pacific Women Slip to 15th in Poll
February 12, 2002

SEATTLE (Feb. 12) -- Seattle Pacific University slipped four spots to No. 15 in this week's NCAA Division II women's basketball poll.

The Falcons (9-4, 17-5) put a 17-game home winning streak on the line Thursday when they host Alaska Fairbanks in a Great Northwest Athletic Conference game.

Seattle Pacific remains the top-ranked GNAC team nationally as Western Washington slid to 19th. Cal Poly Pomona reclaimed the nation's No. 1 spot and Cal State Bakersfield is No. 14 in the USA Today/ESPN coaches poll.
