SEATTLE (Jan. 23) -- By sea and by land, Seattle Pacific University athletes will be racing around the shores of Lake Union and the Ship Canal on Homecoming Saturday, Feb. 2. Alumni are invited to join the varsity track and cross country runners as they renew their annual challenge to the SPU crew in the Row 'n' Run.

The 3.5-mile race begins at 8 a.m. with rides to the start line (the UW Medical Center) leaving Brougham Pavilion at 7:20. There will be prizes and refreshments available afterward in the Falcon Lounge.
