SEATTLE (Nov. 20) -- Dustin Bremerman, the top
scorer for Yakima's Eisenhower High School last year, has signed a
national letter of intent to play basketball for Seattle Pacific
University next season.
Bremerman, a 6-foot-4 senior, led the Cadets in
scoring as a senior, averaging 21.2 points, and helped lead the
team to the state 4A tournament quarterfinals. He also topped the
team in 3-pointers and rebounds (6.5).
Bremerman, who was first team all-Big Nine and
a participant in the state all-star game, is currently attending
classes at Yakima Valley Community College. Michael Bushmaker,
Bremerman's high school teammate, is a redshirt freshman at
Seattle Pacific this season.
Bremerman is the second recruit signed by SPU
Coach Ken Bone during the early signing period, joining Enumclaw
point guard Tony Binetti. The Falcons, currently ranked 16th in
NCAA Division II, have earned NCAA playoff berths seven of the
last eight seasons. |
