Bob Huber, Associate Athletic Director

Bob Huber is in his 15th year as associate athletic director, and has served the University in several capacities over the past 29 years. Huber oversees the various budgets, travel plans and event operations for the Falcons.

In 1976, Huber first served SPU as director of the student development center and dean of students. He later became executive director of auxiliary services, including management of the Casey Conference Center, the campus bookstore, food service and campus housing areas.

The Los Angeles native graduated from Whitworth and earned a master’s at Long Beach State. He was a four-year letterman in basketball and baseball at Whitworth, and was a member of the Pirates’ 1960 NAIA championship baseball team. Bob and his wife Laurena have four grown children and five grandchildren. They reside in Issaquah.
