Step 2 - Install and Run CCA
You should be plugged into the network before proceeding. CCA safeguards our network by making sure all network users have industry standard precautions in place - current security updates and anti-virus.
To work correctly, CCA must install a small piece of software, called the agent, on your computer. When running, this agent will give you a log in window that allows it to tell our network your computer is safe.

Get Connected
A. You should have been re-directed to the Cisco Clean Access web login form. Please login using your SPU Username and Password. B. Download and install the CCA agent software. After install, start it the agent. C. When its running, a green square icon should display in the lower right hand corner of your computer. D. Log in to CCA with your SPU username and password. E. CCA will check your computer for current security updates and antivirus software. You will be prompted to install these if needed. F. See Step 3.
Common Problems
CCA Agent Will Not Install or Run - You may have more significant problems with your computer. Please see Help for more details.
Temporary Acess - If your computer does not have the latest anti-virus or windows updates your computer will be given temporary access to the internet.
