Microsoft Entourage is an email client and personal information manager developed by Microsoft Corp. for Mac OS 8.5 and higher (current is OS X).  It is included in the Microsoft Office Suite available for purchase or through the SPU Download Center.  For more information check out Software Distribution.

This document provides instructions for setting up Entourage for use with the SPU email server.

1. Go the Entourage menu and click on Account Settings
2. Click the drop down menu next to New and select Exchange

   
   
   
   

3. An Account Setup Assistant will pop up.  Be sure to check that “My account” is on an Exchange Server.
4. click on Configure account manually. Do not go through the wizard.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter in your account information on the Account Settings tab.  Be sure to enter accounts in the Domain field.
6. Type the Exchange Server name https://rpcmail.spu.edu.
7. Check the box for This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL).

   

8. Select the OK button and your e-mail will be downloaded.
