Ms. Gordon views her primary responsibility in SBE as serving undergraduate students and encouraging them to grow into the people God desires them to be. Her day-to-day role includes assisting in class selection and scheduling, monitoring and verifying degree completion progress, and encouraging students through consistent relationship and presence.
Ms. Gordon is also a point of contact for Undergraduate Admissions, meeting with prospective students and families. She also serves on the SBE Undergraduate Committee, manages the student worker administrative-support staff, and acts as club advisor for AUSBE (Associated Undergraduate Students of Business and Economics).
She has served in SBE since July of 2007. Prior to that, she was employed at Bethany Community Church in Seattle, as a publications "guru" and administrative assistant to the pastoral staff. While an SPU undergraduate (Class of 2005), she was employed for three years in the office of Undergraduate Admissions.
