Operations Coordinator, Center for Integrity in Business

Tom Lane is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the Center for Integrity in Business, a busy position which includes everything from website maintenance and publicity to event coordination and workshop preparation.
Before joining the CIB, Mr. Lane operated Seattle Home Organizer, helping homeowners and small businesses find better ways to organize paperwork, spaces, and routines.
In previous positions, he earned national certification for a nursing registry (as Director of Operations for Best Health Management, Inc.), and organized national accreditation for Seattle’s Business Computer Training Institute (BCTI) while heading up its executive support team.
Mr. Lane has also served as in-house wordsmith and senior customer contact in several settings, including Rosetta Solutions and BCTI. After volunteering for relief work in Guatemala, he helped pioneer a multifaceted ministry, serving hill tribe refugees from Southeast Asia. He has organized numerous retreats and conferences, and serves on the leadership team of Bethany Community Church’s West Seattle satellite.
Mr. Lane enjoys connecting people, reading, writing, architecture, sailing, biking, organizing, tinkering, and swimming.
