APPLICATION FOR STUDY ABROAD

There are 2 applications to submit: the Application for Approval to Study Abroad and the Program Application, as outlined below.

Part I: Application for Approval to Study Abroad ("Pre-approval Application")
All students planning to study abroad must submit a completed Pre-approval Application to one of the designated undergraduate academic counselors in Student Academic Services (Demaray Hall, Room 120) by 4:30pm the day of the deadline and prior to enrollment in a program.

Part II: Program Application
Students also must submit an application specific to the study abroad program they wish to participate in. Applications are available through the department or organization sponsoring the program.

• Students applying to a Seattle Pacific affiliated program must turn in a completed program application to the department sponsoring the program by 4:30 pm the day of the deadline.
  
• Students applying to a third party program must submit a completed application directly to the study abroad program, and keep their academic counselor informed of their application progress.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

There are 2 application deadlines: the deadline for the Application for Approval to Study Abroad and the Program Application.

Application for Approval to Study Abroad ("Pre-approval Application") Deadlines
Unless the program deadline is earlier, the deadlines for the Application for Approval to Study Abroad (pre-approval application) are as follows:

Autumn Term (August or September start-date)	April 15
Full Year (a full academic year)	April 15
Summer Term	April 15
Winter or Spring Term (January or March/April start-date)	November 15
