Autumn Quarter in China

Study Abroad Program

China is an ideal study abroad destination for students wishing for a unique cultural learning experience. Students across all majors will find opportunities to fulfill degree requirements on one of two China Study Abroad Programs.

Students of all majors are encouraged to study in the city of Chengdu, located in the Sichuan Province in southwest China. Students will study at Southwest University for Nationalities which was founded in 1951 for over 55 ethnic groups, including Han.  Over 20,000 students attend the university located in the heart of Chengdu at the university's oldest campus surrounded by the Tibetan area of the city.

If you're interested in a 3-week international business course, take a look at our Global Seminar, a traveling program that explores sites and businesses in Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai, allowing you to return for autumn quarter at SPU.
