SOC 4910: Seminar: Homelessness
This is a special topics course in Sociology that explores issues in the study of homelessness primarily in an urban context. The course relies on a range of social scientific theoretical perspectives and methodological approaches to get underneath major questions about the causes and consequences of homelessness, social demographics and organizational responses to homelessness, and social policy implications of homelessness. May be repeated for credit up to 12 credits.
