EGR 3400: Dynamics
Prerequisites: EGR 2891, MAT 2401, and MAT 3237, or permission of Instructor. This course builds on concepts introduced in prior coursework in static systems and material properties. It involves the study of vectorial treatment of Newton's laws for undamped and damped linear, rotational and vibrational motion in several coordinate systems. It includes solving problems for particles and rigid bodies using energy, momentum and angular momentum conservation laws. Extra fee.
