CSC 1230: Problem Solving & Programming
Prerequisites: High school pre-calculus, math analysis, or equivalent and demonstratable computer literacy. An introduction to computer science, this course covers problem-solving methods and algorithm development; modern programming methodologies; and fundamentals of a high-level block structured language. Solutions to mathematical and scientific problems and scenarios are emphasized.
